Our Mission

The 7th Regiment Youth Performing Arts Organization is committed to developing life skills in young people through education and achievement in the performing arts. Students learn how applying teamwork, integrity, personal leadership, goal setting, and discipline contribute to successful future life endeavors.

What Does the Board of Directors Do?

The Board of Directors governs and oversees the 7RYPAO, which includes setting the organization's mission, strategy and goals, and ensuring the organization operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
As a board member, your responsibilities could include assisting with fundraising and campaigns, grant writing, donor outreach, volunteering with 7th Regiment and at other events, and much more!

When you apply, make sure to let us know what relevant skills you have to support our organization. Anyone who is passionate about making a difference is welcome to apply!
(No drum corps experience necessary.)

What happens after I apply?

Once you send in your application to our Secretary, the Board of Directors will review your application at the next regularly scheduled board meeting. You will receive notice of your application status after that meeting.
If you're application is accepted, you are invited to the following Board of Directors meeting. Our Secretary will reach out with setting up your email address and getting you access to our shared drive.
